Nestled in the quieter parts of Karve Nagar-Pune, the site sits on the terrace floor of a three-storied building just above the client’s apartment surrounded by the zealous green canopies of the existing coconut and mango trees.

Tapping this potential, the efforts were made to focus on nurturing the relation of internal spaces with the surrounding vistas and not to loose the essence of ‘a terrace’. The idea was to capture and frame the canopies of the existing coconut and mango trees as an extension of the interior spaces.

The attempt of this project was to transform and enhance the former terrace into an unwinding abode.
