Heritage Grandeur is a mixed-use development in Tarabai Park, Kolhapur. Since the site lies on a heritage precinct, it pays homage to its neighbouring Wada and borrows elements such as arches, balusters, Mangalore tile sloping roof and basalt stone cladding. All flats have been designed according to Vastu and vary in their arrangement and layout, even though they may belong to the same category as other flats.

Ample natural light, airflow and cross-ventilation are crucial considerations while designing these units. The massing makes use of recesses and projections to create a dynamic facade. While each floor plate looks different due to varying unit designs, the elevational treatment is done cohesively to tie the building together.
